WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We are based in Solihull in the West Midlands and cover a 25 mile radius, however we will travel further.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES?

Not in general however if the quote is for insurance and assessment purposes a charge is made. 

IS THERE A GUARANTEE?

Yes all work carried out by Sofafix is guaranteed for 3 years.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash.

WHY SHOULD I USE SOFAFIX?

We are master upholsterers so are experts in our field. We are also a small company so control everything ourselves.

DO ALL YOUR FABRICS HAVE FIRE PROTECTION?

Yes, all fabrics and foams we use have passed the UK Government flame retardant regulations.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?

We average a two week turnaround time from the date of collection. Obviously we try to complete your order as quickly as possible, but we will not compromise our quality and care. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your 'new' furniture!

IF I ALREADY OWN MY OWN FABRIC CAN YOU STILL REUPHOLSTER?

Absolutely! As long as it is fit for the purpose as we wont compromise on quality. Our consultant will advise you on your home visit.
